What do I do if I get the wrong order?

If you have received the wrong order from us please email us a picture of the package and the items you have received at sales@fragrancearabia.com and our customer support staff will coordinate with you to resolve the issue.

How can I leave a complaint or feedback about your services or website?

1-2 days after your order has been completed an automated feedback form will be sent to you via the email you registered with asking you to rate our services and how satisfied were you with our products.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time usually takes 2 - 7 days depending which state you live in, a UPS tracking code will be sent after your purchase has been completed.

How do I order a gift for someone?

To order a gift for someone, in the checkout process there will be an option to ship the goods to the address of the billing, in this case uncheck that and set the address of the person you wish to gift it to.

How will I know when my registration is complete?

You will receive an email confirmation after you have signed up.

How can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, you are unable to cancel the order manually, please email us at sales@fragrancearabia.com with your order ID and we will take the steps to cancel the order

Ordering a product is takes a few easy steps:

UPS will provide you with a link to track your order, after that we have no control over the delivery although we can check your status upon request.

We employ UPS and USPS to delivery all our Products within the USA.

Do you have express delivery service?

No, all products are controlled by UPS and we only have 1 standard delivery type.

What do i do if i get a negative reaction to the perfume?

We recommend firstly before purchase of any perfume / oil to consult with a doctor if you have sensitive skin or any kind of allergies. 

Are Custom and Duties added in the Price?

No. All international Orders require to pay duties and taxes in their country before delivery.

WE DO NOT COLLECT ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON CANADIAN ORDERS. THEY ARE COLLECTED BY CANADIAN CUSTOMS IN CANADA.
